1. Who we are

Loyal Tourism is a tour operator in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. These terms cover bookings made on this website, by phone or on WhatsApp.

2. Booking

• The person booking must be 18 or older and books on behalf of everyone in the booking.
• A booking is confirmed only when payment (full or the advance shown) is received and you get a booking ID and voucher.
• Seats are held for a short time while you pay. If the payment does not go through in that time, the seats are released.
• For travellers under 18, a parent or guardian must give consent and their contact details are required.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees, per person or per seat as shown, and include what the trip page lists under Included.
• For fixed-departure trips booked with an advance, the balance must be paid by the due date shown on your voucher, or the booking may be cancelled under our cancellation policy.
• Custom group trips are quoted as one fixed total for the group and are confirmed when the payment link is paid.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay.

4. On the trip

• Be at your pickup point at the time on your voucher. The bus cannot wait long for late travellers, and a missed pickup is treated as a no-show.
• Carry a government photo ID for every adult traveller.
• The itinerary may change because of weather, traffic, road closures, temple or park timings, or for safety. We will offer a reasonable alternative where we can.
• Our coordinator may refuse to carry anyone who is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.
• Hotels, transport and attractions have their own rules, which you agree to follow.

5. Cancellations and refunds

6. Liability

We take care in planning and running every trip. We are not responsible for loss, injury or delay caused by events outside our control, such as natural events, strikes, accidents caused by others or the acts of third-party hotels and transport operators. Travel insurance is recommended. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

7. Photos

Our coordinator may take group photos on the trip. We post a photo of you only with your permission, and remove it if you ask.

8. Disputes

Please talk to us first: contact us. These terms are governed by Indian law, and courts in Tiruchirappalli have jurisdiction.
